Getting started with LodgeHQ

Five steps to get LodgeHQ set up for your practice. Each step takes under a minute once you have the information ready.

1. Complete your agent profile

In the sidebar → Settings → Profile. Enter your MARN, business name, address, ABN, and upload your logo. These fields auto-fill Form 956 and the Authorised Recipient section in ImmiAccount.

2. Install the Chrome extension

Visit the LodgeHQ eLodge listing on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome. Pin the LodgeHQ icon to your toolbar (puzzle icon → pin). The extension auto-updates, so you'll always have the latest version without doing anything.

3. Create your first client

From the dashboard, click New Client. Enter the applicant's name, email, and the visa subclass you're lodging for. LodgeHQ creates a matter and a pre-configured pipeline.

4. Send a smart questionnaire

On the client's matter page, click Send Questionnaire. LodgeHQ picks the right form for the visa subclass and emails the client a unique, secure link.

5. Upload your first document template

Upload a sample statement, statutory declaration, or cover letter to the matter's Documents tab. LodgeHQ merges client data into the template on your next matter of the same type.
